Matt started his career in construction as a project engineer. Matt began his Tire industry career in 2006 where he began in sales. After furthering his knowledge through industry provided education programs and his extensive mine visits to understand how the tire industry operates, he thrived in the environment and decided to make this his lifelong career. Matt’s most significant accomplishment is his invention of the Rim Plus DRY product. This product has changed how the world receives and uses their tire additives. Reducing cost, storage, and carbon foot print. Matt is married and has two beautiful daughters. He loves spending time with his family outdoors in the great Northwest. Matt also owns a CrossFIt gym and loves to share his passion of health and wellness on a day to day basis.
Morry Jones is currently the Director of Sales at Griffin Solutions. Morry started in the tire industry as a tire serviceman in 1978. He worked in various sales, service, and management capacities, working with passenger, truck, bus, and OTR tires, both new and retreads. Morry has more than 40 years of experience in the industry, traveling to 25 countries, extensive knowledge of many different tire programs, heat studies, TPMS products, and different tire additives in various environments.
Morry’s network and diverse experiences have given him a unique perspective of the industry. Therefore, he is most excited about this new move to Griffin Solutions and the latest product called Rim Plus DRY.
Morry enjoys personal time with his wife of 43 years and four beautiful grandchildren. He likes to travel, bike, and Jägermeister.
